No. Our docks are shared by multiple customers and clients in our facility. In order to accommodate everyone, we ask that you remove your truck / trailer once you have finished your load-in.

10a-Midnight. We can accommodate late night or early morning hours, but it must be scheduled in advanced and overtime rates will apply.

48 hours for single day or hourly rehearsal. 7 days for multi day rehearsals.

The room rate includes an engineer for the initial setup. This includes running house monitors and counsel and typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are bringing your own monitors / counsel, in-ears, etc. you will either need to have your own engineer with you, or pay the current labor rate for us to provide one for the duration of your rehearsal.

Maybe. We are very particular about events. In order to protect the privacy of all of our clients, we only allow small, private industry events and parties.  We do not allow public events or open invite parties at any time. For all private events, we will have a additional staff and security on site. Additional charges will apply.
